This long-lasting eye pencil is developed with nourishing minerals to condition the skin while providing rich, dramatic color. Formulated without the use of inflammatory properties, this pencil is safe for use on the inside rim of the eye for an added pop. Its ultra soft tip applies gently and evenly without snagging, skipping or clumping. Free of FD&C dyes, oil, talc, alcohol or fragrance and suitable for sensitive skin and eyes. Basic Black is a rich, true black shade.

Recommended Use: Always apply your Eye Pencil after you apply your Mineral Eye Shadow and Mineral Mascara. You may wish to hold the tip of the pencil between the thumb and forefinger to soften the tip, then apply close to the top and bottom lash line with a very light hand.
